KABUL A GOGO is a nightclub with a progressive and diverse team looking to challenge the (electronic) music, arts, culture, and culinary scene in Utrecht. We are looking to build our team with like-minded individuals who have a knack or desire to be a part of nightlife. We warmly welcome those who want to be part of our growing community who seek to create their ideal work and party haven in Utrecht.

We’re Looking For:
• Over 1 year of experience in a leadership/ club management position.
• Available for at least one night shift per weekend.

• You are mad about (electronic) music; arts; food or the cultural sector
• You keep inclusivity in mind, in both thoughts and actions;
• You communicate a lot, without losing an overview;
• You work carefully and feel responsible for your actions;
• You’re available to work days, nights and weekends.
• You are able to work proactively and as part of a team;
Your Responsibilities:
• Lead floor staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, providing clear instructions to the team.
• Opening and closing Kabul.
• Collaborate with the event producers and programmers to execute club nights.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of events. Collaborate with security and first aid personnel.
• Enforce club policies and procedures, addressing any violations promptly.
• Respond to emergencies and manage evactuation procedures if necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with other managers, staff, and external vendors.
